Nike Track and Field Camp at Biola University is a day camp where young athletes train across all four track disciplines — sprints, hurdles, jumps, and throws — on Al Barbour Field, described as one of the most distinctive athletic facilities in Southern California. Led by Biola's Director of Cross Country and Track and Field, Sean Henning, coaches deliver focused morning and afternoon training sessions with a 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio, emphasizing proper technique, speed development, and event-specific skills. Beyond the physical, the program teaches athletic mindset, goal-setting, and injury prevention. Training on a real college campus adds genuine inspiration for young athletes.
