"Join Chester County Park Rangers for an unforgettable overnight camping experience designed for new campers! Learn the essential outdoor skills needed to feel confident and comfortable in the wild. Rangers will provide demonstrations, hands-on learning, and overnight security so that participants can relax and enjoy the adventure. It is recommended that each participant bring a tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, lanterns/headlamp, camping chair, any snacks and drinks, any campfire treats, pillow, refillable water bottle, extra clothing layers or blankets, poncho or rain jacket, and any personal toiletries or personal camping gear. It could get cold- so definitely dress warm and bring extra blankets! A dinner MRE (meal ready to eat) and S'mores ingredients will be supplied but please bring any breakfast items, snacks, drinks, or other dinner options you may want. Water is available on site. Some firewood will be available as well but feel free to bring your own."
