"The Camp Echo Bridge Counselor in Training Leadership Initiative is designed for individuals entering 8th-11th grade. This is a wonderful program for individuals who may feel they are too old to be a camper, but not old enough or experienced enough to be a counselor yet. This is an apprenticeship program where participants receive on the job, hands-on learning. CIT's will have daily leadership training sessions and will work directly with the campers and staff."
