About this camp
Advanced gymnasts will refine higher-level acrobatic skills, enhance strength and flexibility, and expand their technical proficiency across multiple apparatuses. Campers will be grouped by age and skill level for intensive daily training, including advanced tumbling progressions, challenging equipment rotations, beam and bar work, and focused conditioning. In addition to gym time, campers will enjoy team-building activities, games and creative projects. All instruction takes place in our state-of-the-art Gymnastics Center at the Toby Wells YMCA.
